Podge and Dodge: The Rescue
By Joseph Cronshaw

Podge and Dodge are two very friendly and helpful elves. When Elfland’s Princess Zara is taken prisoner by the Goblins, her father, the King, begs them to rescue her.

Podge and Dodge are the princess’ last hope. The soldiers sent previously by the king were captured. Even though Princess Zara is held in the deepest dungeon of the Goblins’ castle, the duo still manages a daring rescue. But they can only succeed with the help of their friend, Goggle the owl -- showing the importance of friendship.

This charming illustrated children’s story is the first in a six-book series following the adventures of the two fearless elves. But beware: Elfland is a place in the woods that only exists between dusk and dawn.
