Pete's Angel: A Story of Self Love
By Hunter Darden

“A marvelous book for children and adults! I resolutely recommend it for any age. I offer heartfelt thanks to Ms. Darden for providing us with a mechanism for boosting self image and character in such a pleasant and comfortable way.”

F. Elizabeth Davis M.D.
Board Certified Psychiatrist

“Pete’s Angel is a very special story that will warm the hearts of young children as they identify with Pete in his journey toward finding true happiness... self-acceptance.”

Rosalie O. Skeens
School Counselor

Pete’s Angel goes far beyond a fairy tale story about a little boy and his spiritual friend. It reaches into the realm of the deepest recesses of our minds in a quest to reach the essence of who we really are. Frequently and unfortunately, sometimes the image we have of ourselves evolves around the image others have of us. My hope is that through the inspiration of Pete and his guardian angel, T.J., children will be able to explore their innermost selves and realize their potential within.
