Götz explores the reason why
so many religious doctrines downplay the fact that Jesus was
Jewish. Fundamentalist and Evangelical teachings portray Jesus
as a virtuous man and leave much out of their doctrine about
Jesus’ heritage, his family, and the true nature of Jesus, the
man.
Why are people so afraid of
finding out the truth? Who was Jesus, really, before
theologians painted the pious picture of this great man?
Götz’s meticulous research and
historical data chronicle Jesus’
birth and life growing up and as an adult, and relate those
findings to modern-day portrayals of Jesus.
Debunking myths and fanatical
views, Götz’s relevant and important narration brings to light
the reality of who the man known as Jesus truly was. Contrary
to what you’ve come to understand or believe, Götz’s astonishing
book will open your eyes beyond the dogmas and fanatical
pronouncements you may believe.
