About the Author

Chris R. Bentley has a unique perspective on the funeral and cemetery industry. Trained as a scientist, he was a successful businessman and investor before entering the business, where he was a funeral director, funeral home owner and a salesman. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Bentley grew up in Southern California. He now works in private investments. He and his wife split their time between Henderson, Nevada, and Portland, Oregon.
